Notice is hereby given that the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Aston Hall Hotel, Worksop Road, Aston, Sheffield, S26 2EE on Thursday, 10th November 2016 12 noon in order to –

A. Welcome and Review of the Year – Outgoing President

B. To confirm the appointment Lisa Pogson as the new President

C. To present retiring President with his Past President’s badge of office

D. Confirm the appointment of two Non-Executive Directors.

E. Announce the appointment of new and re-appointed Councillors to the Chamber’s Representative Council.

F. To approve the appointment of two new Vice Presidents

G. Consideration of the Accounts and the Annual Report.
