Terms & Conditions
Cancellation
All room cancellations must be notified to CCB&R Ltd in writing. If the customer cancels the booking the customer will be subject to cancellation fees set out below
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days – 50% of the total invoice
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours – 100% of the total invoice
It is acknowledged that the booking is subject to availability of the venue. Should the venue be unavailable to hold the event for any reason then CCB&R Ltd shall not be held liable for cancellation of the booking and the customer shall hold CCB&R harmless in the respect of liability (including but not limited to any financial loss) incurred by the customer.
Liabilities
Other than death or personal injury caused by the negligence of CCB&R Ltd, its managers and staff will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense to any person or thing however caused.
The customer will indemnify CCB&R Ltd, from and against any and all liability for loss of or damage, to property or death or illness to persons and against all and any claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages resulting as a result of the booked party, group or function.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, default or neglect of the client, it’s sub-contractor or guests and shall pay to CCB&R Ltd on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage.
