Chrissie has a rich background of experience designing and developing coaching and training programmes  with leaders and their teams in large national organisations and smaller businesses. She is an NLP Master Practitioner,  NLP coach with extensive executive coaching experience and is a Harrison Assessments Consultant .

Her background includes

■ 12 years in a corporate environment as Store General Manager managing retail stores of various sizes from small to large with teams ranging from 20 to over 180 people, managing multimillion £ budgets in a fast paced, 7 day a week operation and KPI driven world

■ A further 12 years as National Learning and Development Manager designing and delivering training and learning & development programmes across the whole employee life cycle and coaching to help people perform more effectively in both current and future roles.

Christine has diverse experience coaching and training within logistics, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial functions and veterinary empowering leaders to improve, stretch and grow their personal performance and through that the performance of their teams and the results of their function or business. She can help you define and set up your training and development offering or work on a project led basis to design and deliver a specific outcome.
