I set up my business in 2006 running it alongside being employed, that was until the beginning of this year when I became completely self employed and thank fully my business whilst has been affected by the happenings of the year, I can happily say it is growing better than expected. I have worked in differing sectors which helps when it comes to working with my clients who come from many business sectors.
I have a career spanning 25 years in marketing across many different channels from traditional to digital – 16 of those as a business owner. As a connector and referral marketing specialist I love teaching people how to grow their business through the power of relationships and collaboration and I am currently in the process of adapting my successful referral marketing business from a local offering to having a national presence.

Setting budgets, forecasts, KPIs etc for the company – responsible for budgets exceeding £10 million
Export Sales to over 45 different countries
Starting up Export divisions within companies – going from start up to over 1.5 million turnover within 12 months
Working within the Steel Sector
Developing agent networks worldwide including India, China, Singapore, Brazil
Purchasing from within the UK and worldwide importing
Director level – responsible for quality systems such as ISO 9001 as well as end user approvals. Also looking after cash flow and payments in/out

Mike is the founder of Brook Corporate Developments and has successfully grown from a one-man outfit to a team of 23 associates. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession who has gained considerable practical experience in operations management.
As Managing Director of a number of organisations in the region, Mike has successfully driven his companies forward, achieving year on year sales growth in every role. He moved into business improvement consultancy in 1997 and now concentrates his efforts helping other companies move forward and increase competitiveness and profitability.
Dom is a degree qualified professional with experience including account management, operations and people management in a commercial environment with several national and international businesses. Experienced working in fast-paced and demanding work atmospheres, he has the commitment and ability to achieve high targets under pressure against tight deadlines. Dom has a high level of professionalism and creativity with strong communication skills at all levels including senior management.
I’m Hayden and after 20 years’ experience in creating winning sales structures and producing record sales growth globally across differing sectors, I now use my knowledge and network to work as a part-time sales director, sales coach, and sales trainer to help SME’s grow.
Experienced senior leader who has led external and internal teams to success as well as being part of them teams.
Proposition, route to markets, strategy, budget planning, pipeline management, forecasts, processes, people, and sales skills are just a few areas I have deep experience of.

Chrissie has a rich background of experience designing and developing coaching and training programmes with leaders and their teams in large national organisations and smaller businesses. She is an NLP Master Practitioner, NLP coach with extensive executive coaching experience and is a Harrison Assessments Consultant .
Her background includes
■ 12 years in a corporate environment as Store General Manager managing retail stores of various sizes from small to large with teams ranging from 20 to over 180 people, managing multimillion £ budgets in a fast paced, 7 day a week operation and KPI driven world
■ A further 12 years as National Learning and Development Manager designing and delivering training and learning & development programmes across the whole employee life cycle and coaching to help people perform more effectively in both current and future roles.
Christine has diverse experience coaching and training within logistics, retail, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial functions and veterinary empowering leaders to improve, stretch and grow their personal performance and through that the performance of their teams and the results of their function or business. She can help you define and set up your training and development offering or work on a project led basis to design and deliver a specific outcome.
