Opening Tuesday 2nd April 2024!

We’re delighted to announce that bookings are now open for the highly-anticipated Camellia House and we can’t wait to welcome you to this newly restored dining destination!

This previously forgotten Grade II* listed glasshouse, formerly Lady Rockingham’s Tea Room, will finally be opening its doors for guests to enjoy a range of international small plates alongside delicious global teas from Tuesday 2nd April.

• Lunch Menu: 11.15am-3.00pm
• Children’s Menu: 11.15am-3.00pm
• Sharing Platter: Served from 3.30pm

• If you would like to book a table for five or more people, please email: [email protected] and a member of our team will get back to you.
• Confirmed bookings for The Camellia House include Gardens admission. Walk-ups will be accepted, where possible, but will require a Gardens admission ticket to be purchased at Front of House.
• We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your booking as there is a long walk from the Main Visitor Car Park to The Camellia House which is situated at the top end of the West Front Gardens.
• Please note, The Camellia House is a temperature controlled environment to ensure the safety of our historic camellias. Therefore, please dress bring an extra layer on colder days and wear appropriate footwear for the walk to The Camellia House.

Accessibility

• The Gardens and The Camellia House are both fully accessible to wheelchair users.
• A Changing Places toilet facility is available next to The Camellia House.
