10 minutes for 10 days for £10

Instead of the usual resolutions that we all make in January (and probably break by the end of January!) get some support and make long lasting changes in 2022.

You will learn tools and tips to:

  • improve your mindset
  • create positive habits and routines
  • make more effective use of your time
  • enhance your well-being
  • reduce stress
  • identify what you want to change and why / how

 

Each day over the period of the course you will receive an email with information and worksheet / exercises to complete at your own pace. Under the expertise of Rebecca you’ll be guided through this process in a supportive way and experience the camaraderie of others on the same journey.
