For people who aren’t sure if their estate would pay tax and how to (legally and ethically) avoid paying it.

Life is complicated enough especially when the legal system, financial world and healthcare system weren’t built for LGBTQ+ people. Luckily things are getting better. But typical lifestyle choices make us different. That’s where specialist advice comes in.

When you pass away your assets (also known as your estate) will be distributed as per your Will. If you don’t have a Will there are special rules that determine who gets what.

We’ll cover a range of circumstances whether you’re married, unmarried, or have children or not. We’ll tell you whether your estate would have to pay inheritance tax, and what you can put in place now to avoid it. We’ll talk about gifting, investments that move (or keep) your money outside of your estate and trusts.

Our guest speaker, Scott Walker will cover Wills and those special rules that determine who gets what and trusts.*
