Help to Grow: Management is delivered by Sheffield Business School, which is accredited by the Small Business Charter. The course is 90% funded by the Government and has been designed to allow participants to complete it alongside full-time work.

This executive development course is designed to support SMEs to boost their business performance and growth potential. Small business leaders will develop their strategic skills to increase their business’s long-term productivity, resilience and capacity to innovate.

Delivered by development consultants and business and enterprise experts, this practical course takes place over 3-months and will include both online and face-to-face sessions, alongside peer support and 1 to 1 mentoring.
