Suitable for Company Directors, Managers and Supervisors at this free bite sized session you will be able to complete a short questionnaire to find out your own leadership style, learn about the strengths and weaknesses of each style and the impact they have within the workforce. This is alongside case study information to give a flavour of the support available.

The session will be delivered by Max Redhall who is a Learning and Development specialist at Sereniti Ltd. Max is a highly experienced coach and trainer. Max will be leading you though the session, guiding you to find your own leadership style, and develop your skills, while showing you ways to Improve employee engagement and motivation in your business.
