Who is this programme for?

This programme is suitable for Gas Safe Engineers whose qualification are due to be renewed in the next 6 months. The candidate should be confident to take their ACS test and be practicing the majority of the content within their normal job role. Our ACS renewal programme:

Day 1 – Bespoke Training in small groups to prepare you for your test. This includes reminder of the ACS processes for testing, refresher training on gas regulations and hands on training on appliances.

Day 2 – Core (CCN1) assessment. Written and practical tests.

Day 3 – Appliance assessment – A choice of 2 of the below appliances is included in the price of the course

• CPA1 (Combustion Performance Analysis)
• CENWAT (Central heating/hot water boilers and circulators, combination boilers)
• CKR (Domestic gas cooking appliances)
• HTR (Domestic gas fires and wall heaters)
• WAT1 (Domestic wall heaters)
• MET1/2 (Install, exchange, remove and commission domestic gas meters)

Candidates’ information:

Candidates will need to supply their most recent ACS Certificate, Gas Safe Registration Card and 3 passport photos on the day of their test. We can provide guidance on lost certificates if necessary.
