I offer corporate wellness talks, training, content development and would be happy to talk to your company about how I can improve your staff health and engagement. Linking the science of behaviour change to nutrition can have far reaching benefits in the workplace such as understanding goal setting, true motivation, overcoming self limiting beliefs and obstacles and healthy habit setting.
The 1:1 coaching is an online service there to support you to improve the health of your diet, using where required, techniques based in psychology to help you overcome your mental barriers, such as self criticism, feeling controlled by food, not feeling motivated or body image issues.
I have an interest in womens health and can offer support and information on topics such as the menopause. I also am experienced in working with weight management.
With so much conflicting nutrition information out there it can feel like a minefield. As a registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition, the only nutrition register recognised by the NHS and Public Health England, and many years of nursing experience you can be confident that my advise is evidence based yet accessible and you are working with a experienced health care professional.
