Neil is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and also a Registered Valuer. Neil’s career was born from a background in Construction Management. Neil then progressed onto property valuation by pursuing an academic course of study in this field, before securing employment in Rotherham.

Neil’s working career began in 1999 with Merryweathers Commercial, where he spent 10 successful years which included promotion to Associate Partner of the company, and appointment as a Member of the RICS in 2004. Neil’s work has primarily involved the main General Practice disciplines of commercial agency, valuation and management, centred predominantly in the South Yorkshire region and Rotherham in particular. Neil now has over 20 years’ experience of working with commercial property.
